Hoe Seng currently employs 82 staffs and majority of them are drivers, operators, mechanics, supervisors and management team.

The company has been operating in Pasir Gudang for over 30 years and is currently supplying trucks and heavy equipments such as excavators, wheel loaders to clients in the area.

The company has a fleet of over 30 units of dump trucks to deliver various type of materials in the area daily.

The company's trucks play an important role as they deliver goods from either vessels or warehouse to another destination on 24 hours basis. In order to undertake a round o' clock twenty four hours job, the company maintain supervisors to ensure round the clock operation.

The company has a fleet of 18 units of wheel loader(Caterpillar) to ensure the bulking, loading and unloading activities during the shipment.  HSHK also provide excavator service for stacking and heaping the bulk materials.

Excavator also used by company  for earth moving and construction projects. The company has a fleet of 15 units of excavator and most of the excavators operate in Pasir Gudang area.

Apart from delivering bulk cargoes in the area, HSHK supplies trailers to deliver regular cargoes to outstation destinations such as Klang, Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Perak state etc.

Due to its longstanding performance in providing such services, HSHK has over the years managed to increase its loyal clientele's base which require specialization due to heavy machineries involved in the operation.
